and powered by patented expertise,
this facility positions us to redefine industry
leadership in premium cashmere yarn.

The launch of Xinao Textile Europe S.R.L. in Italy
in 2018 solidified our presence in the luxury sector.
This strategic base enhances partner collaboration

The launch of Hong Kong hub in 2016
strengthened Xinao’s global service capabilities.
Acting as a strategic link between our

Debuted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014,

Xinao turned its focus upstream.
The launch of Zhejiang New Chuwa Wool Co., Ltd. in 2003

art of wool top production—merging cutting-edge

As the textile industry
transformed at the turn of the millennium,
Jianhua Shen remained focused on long-term strategy.
In 1999, Xinao established Zhejiang Houyuan Textiles Inc.,
strategically entering the dyeing sector.
This pivotal move marked the beginning of
our journey toward vertical integration.

In 1991, Chongfu Town witnessed the birth of Xinao.
